ZF Testman Diagnostics

ZF Testman is ZF's factory diagnostic system — the tool ZF uses to train its own certified workshops around the world. It is not a third-party product. It is not a universal scanner with a ZF profile. It is ZF's own diagnostic solution, available only to authorised partners.

What makes ZF Testman different

Any OBD scanner can read generic fault codes. ZF Testman goes much deeper:

• Full access to all systems — reading all active and stored faults in ZF electronic systems

• Real-time parameter monitoring — pressures, temperatures, speeds, shift points

• Actuator tests — forced activation of individual components to isolate the problem

• Programming and parameterisation — software updates, adjustment of adaptive parameters

• Documentation — a diagnostic report with all the data

How to get in touch

Diagnostics are carried out in our workshop or on site at your premises. Bring the vehicle or the unit — we connect and find the cause. If the machine cannot come to us, we go to it. You receive the results in a written report.
