Iparts EOOD is a Bulgarian company established in 2013, specializing in the diagnostics, repair, and maintenance of gearboxes and transmission systems for commercial vehicles. We focus on accurate diagnostics, professional workmanship, and technical reliability, aiming to minimize vehicle downtime and deliver predictable results for our customers.
Built on one idea: do it right.
Iparts started in 2013 with a clear mission: to help fleet operators keep their vehicles on the road. Not patched up. Not just "good enough." Repaired properly.
We focused on gearboxes and transmission systems for commercial vehicles — components that cause significant downtime when they fail and require specialized expertise to repair correctly. We established direct relationships with ZF and Voith, obtained official authorizations, and completed specialized training at their facilities in Germany.
Today, we are the only authorized ZF and Voith service center in Bulgaria. Our technicians are certified to work on systems that most workshops would not attempt to repair — including high-voltage electric drive systems (VEDS) and HV Level 2S components for hybrid and electric commercial vehicles.
19 Years, One Focus
Foundation
ATS begins operations as a specialized gearbox repair workshop and spare parts supplier for commercial vehicle fleets in Bulgaria.
ZF Authorization
We become an official ZF Service Partner — one of the first in Bulgaria — gaining access to factory-approved diagnostic tools, repair procedures, and direct technical support from the manufacturer.
Establishment of Iparts
Iparts is established to bring together two distinct product and service categories, making it easier to serve the Bulgarian market across different industry sectors.
ISO 9001 Certification
We implement an ISO 9001-certified quality management system — ensuring that every repair and delivery follows documented and audited procedures.
Establishment of TPT
We establish TPT and become an official VOITH Service Partner for Bulgaria, Romania, and the Republic of Moldova through TPT — gaining access to factory-approved tools, technical procedures, and direct manufacturer support.
Voith Certification
We obtain certification for Voith DIWA automatic transmissions following hands-on technical training at Voith's headquarters in Heidenheim, Germany.
ISO 14001 Certification
We implement an ISO 14001-certified environmental management system — ensuring responsible handling of oils, fluids, and components.
HV & VEDS Certification
We obtain certification for Voith VEDS electric drive systems and HV Level 2S — enabling us to service and repair hybrid and fully electric commercial vehicles.

Authorization means access to factory procedures, factory diagnostic tools, factory technical support, and factory training — not just the parts catalog.
Trained where the systems are built
Our technicians don't learn from manuals alone. They train at ZF and Voith facilities in Germany — the same factories that design and manufacture the systems they service.
