Repair process

1. Intake inspection and diagnostics — with a genuine ZF Testman or Voith diagnostic tool

2. Disassembly — to factory procedures, with the right special tools

3. Component assessment — every part is inspected and we decide: repair, replace or reuse

4. Repair / reassembly — only genuine OEM parts from ZF and Voith

5. Testing — measurement and checks after reassembly, before handover

6. Documentation — you receive a full report on the repair, the parts used and the test results

Why the right repair costs less

An incorrect repair — with non-genuine parts or without factory tools — usually means a second repair within 2–3 months. We do it once, properly, and you get the gearbox back as good as new, with 0 km.
